I'm confused. Can I copy to System/etc/Init.d and remove the .bin file extension?

No I think it just uploaded that way on box. The file extension isn't gonna make a difference, but remove it anyway

I removed the .bin and installed to Etc/Init.d

Don't know if its working right, but I also ran it with SManager
