Initial Charge Thoughts and Reviews

The one killer thing for me is the fact that you can place calls while using data. I really love this aboult the TB and Is really starting to make me question returning it, however I LOVED my fascinate when I had it. I just wanted to know if there was anyone coming from a TB that could help me out with the decision??

I just bought a charge and about to dump my bolt on ebay. Luckily im in a 4g area where i can do simultaneous voice and data with the charge but even if i was in a 3g only area qnd couldnt i still wouldnt stick with the bolt just for simultaneous voice and data. I really wanted to live the Bolt. I gave it 2.5 months but it kept getting worse and worse. The only advantages the bolt has over the Charge imo is the browser which seems to render pages a bit faster and the kickstand which i really did use alot. The random reboots and subpar battery even with the extended battery finally got me to where i couldnt take it no more. Very glad i got the charge

This actually helped my decision. Thank you. I will be going to go pick up my Charge tonight and giving my opinion. I was the same way, I REALLY wanted to like the TB, but just like you I was on numerous calls and I was getting the reboot and it was making it hard to like the phone. Then add the Battery life and well.....hate it. Crossing my fingers for the charge. One more question though, I heard that the picture quality is fantastic with the charge, but to me the pics seem a little I guess.....bright. Anyone have an opinion on the Camera??

I noticed pics were a little bright on my Charge but I tweaked the settings a bit and it seems fine.

The battery is worlds better on the charge than the bolt.

TBH my pics also look kind of crappy, but they were taken the day I got it. I've since looked through the camera options and it has all the options my regular camera has! Brightness, white balance, macro, action, still, portrait, continuous mode...the list is amazing and the photos are amazing too, when you use the right setting!
