My Inspire has been going "downhill" ever since I never accepted the gingerbread upgrade September 2011. Tonight I don't expect it to survive tomorrow.
I hope that a factory reset will return it to perfect health.
My contacts are backed up to the SD card. Will a a factory reset format the SD card and delete my contacts from the card? Or do I need to remove the SD card prior to performing a factory reset on the phone?
