Question instagram app won't update since yesterday

instagram update play store won't update

i notice this since yesterday i even restarted phone and it came back when i go to playstore

saying instagram couldn't update i try wifi and i try mobile data nada

are folks having this problem on their phone i went into google playstore community and saw another person couldn't update

i thought that perhaps i should uninstall and reinstall but then i saw this post as well

My Instagram app isn't updating it was showing that couldn't update...
Firstly i log out my account then unstall instagram and after that re install instagram and again it was showing couldn't update...

so i guess that won't work is there something matter with playstore and instagram app right now when will it get fixed i never seen this issue before very odd

This kind of thing happens from time to time. I'd give it a few days and see if resolves on its own.

Try clearing data and force stop play store and check again

i'm not sure if you guys have instagram i wished somebody else have app will reply and tell me if experience thing but when go to playstore yellow triangle couldn't update with reload circle thing it seems little widespread issue

somebody comment a day ago over at last link i put up saying

It's not really an outage of the app. The Google Play store is for the last 3 days been telling me to install the app, and not update it. Even though I have the app it's working fine I uninstalled it and reinstalled it through the Google Play store, I'm still getting the same yellow triangle with ! icon with me I'm still all label in the update section of the Android play store app.
I've never seen any app do that.
I'm going to Samsung 24 ultra so I thought it could be maybe a conflict with a pre-installed Samsung version of the Instagram app, then I checked the Samsung store and no issues there and no update required for Instagram.
next I'm going to try uninstalling the app then going to the Samsung store instead of the Google Play store, install the app from the Samsung store, then go back to the Play store app to see if there's any issues again.

so it seems that means its not just my phone but doing same thing newer phones like s24

nevermind i saw update after i open up app seems this was a glitch i went back click on update reel good<-i wonder why it took so long for this to happen seems glitch

and it saids some of your save effects are no longer avaiable before i update yesterday it was there i don't know why doing this is there something wrong with app as of now

well can you just click on add a story go and go to effects see type something in and see if anything comes up?

its a shame i can't look add a story and search for like say something star wars and apply the effect now when i add a story just my face and gifs

usually i can do a effect and gif or just effect this is not good odd that it only happen after update<-before i update it exist last night perhaps this morning vanish i never look at add to story effect until this afternoon so am not sure if was still there after i update last night or what

i'm still sad that after i updated instagram app the other day that instagram removed third-party filters meaning whatever i put down in effects search nothing comes up should had never updated despite at the time there were issues not updating plus The app went " some of your filters may not working like i said folks i had try even roll back to a couple of older versions nada instagram was just fine before i updated meh
