Instagram app

Since last Sunday, the Instagram app has been freezing each and every time it's opened. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue. It's only this app that is having an issue. All other apps on my tablet open without any difficulty.

Have you tried clearing the app's cache/data? I haven't had any issues on mine, but without knowing which tablet and app version you're on, it's difficult to compare.

Clearing the app data and cache does nothing to fix the problem. I have app version 27.0.0.9.97. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not fix the problem either. The app is being used on an Nvidia shield k1 tablet.

I would then send an app bug report to the Instagram/FB Team since this seems to be device-specific. I'm having no issues on a Note 8 and Tab S3.

Did you update your OS? If you have done everything, make a screenshot then just contact the support group of Instagram.
