Installation with error code of '504', please help!

Dear All,

My N7 II was working properly after upgrading to Lollipop 5.0.2 till few days ago while I tried to update some apps. At the beginning, it just couldn't update or install any apps with error code of '504'. I did as suggested (suggestion from google site) that, cleared the cache for Google play and Google play services, and also remove gmail account and re-login it, yet nothing helps. As a result, I did factory reset, the situation still remains. Sometimes it just mentioned that, Play Store isn't installed.

Anyone has any ideas what is going on? Is that anything related to virus infection?

Any inputs will be very much appreciated.

Try Clearing Cache and Data from Google Play Store and Download Manager, then Force Stopping them. Now try again.

This thread suggests it might be a router issue: installation - Error 504 when downloading apps from Play Store? - Android Enthusiasts Stack Exchange. Try rebooting the router by unplugging the power, waiting 10 seconds, then plugging it back in again.

Thank you so much for your attention. But the aforesaid suggestion is not working for this issue as well. Thus, it ended up with re-flashing stock (5.0.2 lollipop), and seems working properly so far. I will follow up this thread if any abnormal issues occur.
