Installed Apps not showing in Market

I'm running Nook 1.0.1 Stock Rooted, and with the new Market, and I used to see all my installed apps in the market under my apps. However now most are missing and I can't in most cases see them even if I search for them. Examples are Firefox Mobile and Angry Birds just to name a couple.

Also is anyone else experiencing only 1/2 an OK/Install button when you're in the market??

Some of the updated apps are no longer compatable with the NC, so they are removed from our market view.
and yes, I and a friend of mine both have the 1/2 OK/Install button when we're in the market.
