Installed International ROM by accident, doesn't make it past splash screen?

I have an HTC One+, yesterday I decided to flash a new rom & without even paying attention I install an international rom. I tried restoring the phone from a NANDROID & installing an AT&T rom many times & it stops at the splash screen. I have the RUU which I'm going to try to use & see if I can just reset the phone from scratch. Any tips?

Did you manually flash the boot.img? And you are saying that it won't get past the boot screen?
