installing ADW / LP to system

The dev behind zapx has a zip in rom manager to install LP or ADW to system.

I PM'ed him but haven't gotten a responce yet.

Has anyone tried it with a different rom other than zapx?

can you activate LPP if you install it to system? And what are the benefits to this vs having it as a launcher app?

I've noticed no difference I'm running Apex1.0

Only thing is it isn't a download any more.... So I would assume we have to wait for another update in rom manager when LP gets updated.
