Installing CWM or TWRP

I have CWM Recovery V6.0.3.1 and I wish to flash a custom ROM. Thing is the ROM requires CWM V6.0.4.5 or either TWRP 2.6.3.3 and I can't seem to be able to download them. I've downloaded the highly praised "Recovery Tools - Flasher" and it doesn't seem to include it in their. HELP !

It gives you an option to "Flash Other" which allows you to flash a recovery from the SD drive, I'm assuming I can do via this method although I wish to be sure
