Installing Jelly Bean

I'm new to this, I've successfully installed Jelly Bean but I can't restore my apps.
I don't even have a Google account to sign into, the account settings just show corporate and email accounts, any ideas?

You should create a Google account and use that to sign into the 'email' account. Then stuff will start to sync from your computer

Edit: I'm assuming this is your first Google device?

I started with the Fascinate, then the Galaxy Nexus but now I'm using the Galaxy S III.
With me using the Galaxy S III allows me to play around for the first time with the Galaxy Nexus.
There is access that allows me to setup email accounts in account settings but nothing there to let me sign on to my Google account, I'm still wondering how to do that, any ideas?

Did you perhaps install a version of Jelly Bean (such as CM10) where you have to actually flash gapps separately and you didn't do that?

If you don't have the google play app on your phone then that is most likely the case.

I used loaded Super Wipe then Eclipse Torojb build 03.
I can get online and sign in to Google Play but if I try to install an app it won't let me saying it's already installed!
Do you think I should try another JB zip, like Toro build 02 or some other one?
