I`ve got 11-v001nd hp chromebook and i want to install ubuntu and windows 10 (if it is possible) but first i think that the processor might be damaged across installing the one of the operating systems (from warm) i don`t know i `m asking might processor be damaged?

About operating systems i want to ask if it is possible to install them like usual (to choice between them when start up ) not to turn in to developer mode the chrome os and then install ubuntu, and then when i turn in to chrome os everything that i install on ubuntu or chrome os will be deleted?

Chromebooks use Intel CPUs, so they can run Windows and Linux, either as separate partitions (choose which one you want at boot) or as virtual machines, running in ChromeOS. But with very slow CPUs and not much storage, it's not recommended. Overheating os only one of the problems you'll run into.

the CPU is 1.6 GHz dual core intel celeron, i think it can be installed, or not? But i don`t know how to access in BIOS? To set to boot from USB on this thing i search on google and found how to set that from terminal, is this the only way or i can set from BIOS?

Actually, not all Chromebooks use Intel (or AMD) CPUs. As a couple of examples, the Samsung Chromebook Plus (V1) and some versions of the Acer Chromebook R13, which both had ARM processors. Obviously, with an ARM processor it won't run Windows.
