Instant lock for fingerprint?

So if you are on your Note 4 and have the need to instantly lock it, how would you do it?

I have my phone set to lock with fingerprints after 10 minutes.

I'd push the power key. Mine is set to lock instantly when I do.

I will have to find that option, mine just asks for a screen swipe after a power key press.
