So i just got off the phone with Sprint after complaining about the Nexus signal issues. The rep told me that if i had requested insurance with in 30 days of activating the device I could get it. Even if its used or whatever as long as i am switching devices i can sign up for insurance on it.

So i was like well i didnt know ( i am over my 30 days) so i told her so if i get a dummy phone, activate that, then go back to my Nexus and ask for insurance how will you guys know that its the same Nexus or not? She said we would question that, we would just give you insurance. WOW!

So i plan on doing this to get another phone since this is noticeably a software/hardware issue. BUT I just dont know what device to get!:eek:
