Looking to replace my Galaxy S21 with a Pixel 8. I have always owned Galaxy S's. Hoping that someone who has made the switch can give me some pros and cons. I am 79 and very hard of hearing. Prefer to do a lot of texting. It would be nice to have a phone that is naturally loud. Thank you for your help!

Do you use Samsung apps? If so, there's a problem: Samsung apps are not available on non-Samsung Androids! That's why Samsung apps are best avoided (along with most Apple apps, as Apple apps are iOS only).
