if i take my galaxy s6 ufs chip(internal memory) and join it into another s6 working motherboard,will i get back my data and if i manage it done,will it ask for my previous pin lock that i gave????

Yes and probably - assuming that you don't overheat it when desoldering it or soldering it, in which case you won't have anything but a dead chip.
