Internal Storage Damaged, HELP! Huawei Ascend Y550

[AC Question]

I rebooted my phone and when it turned on it came up with this message:

"Internal Storage Damaged and is now unavailable. Please choose of of the following options:

Restore factory settings

or

Restart Phone"

But when I click restore factory settings nothing happens, I've also tried to hard factory reset but nothing happen either.

how do I troubleshoot it? Please help I'd really appreciate it, thanks!

Depham00 already told you - "I would take it to a qualified repair shop for inspection"

Damaged internal storage usually means that the motherboard has to be replaced. Considering the price of a new one and the fact that it's more than 2 years old, it might not pay.

Hi I took my phone into car phone warehouse where I got it from, they sent it off for repair as it was within the 2 year warranty, they had to exchange the motherboard but ive got back finally after 3weeks Woop Woop
