internal storage problem

Hello,I am ajit.i am using Xperia e1 dual and upgrade it to 4.4.2 kitkat.in my mobile internal memory is 2.2GB when i download files(image,videos,mp3 etc.).it stores in intetnal.i can't use other explorer to extract files to external memory.anyone help me.

Welcome to Android Central! Most devices don't have an option to download directly to an external SD card. You'd have to download to internal storage, then use a file manager to move the file to the external SD. With KitKat SD restrictions, you'd also need a file manager that has SD read-write permissions.
