In February, I'm at the end of my Verizon contract and going to Straight Talk with an unlocked Note II. I've seen some listings for the factory unlocked version and a couple have said that there is no warranty? Can that be right? If I were to receive a defective device, would samsung not replace it for me? That thought frightens me quite a bit. :/
Nvm, found my answer! Ordered from expansys, as they DO facilitate any warranty work with the manufacturer. XD
