Internel storage full......!

[Android Central Question]

Hello guys,
I have an Android phone called Oale, which has 32 gb internel storage and out of it 15 gb is available for user but out of it, I can only use 2 gb and thatlen Android said your internel storage is full...........!
I have cleared all catched data, but still I can only us 2 gb !
And also Oale x2 showing fack information, such as Os are 6.0 Marshmallow but there is 5.1 lollipop installed and after that I have used different apps to recognize its actual storage but they all are saying 32 GB .

Total phone internal storage is 32GB. but not all of that is available to the user. Install a terminal app, then type

du

into it and you'll see a bunch of partitions. The last one is usually the user partition. That's how much space you have.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you sure that phone is supposed to be 32 GB? When I search "Oale X2 32 GB," I only see results for a 16 GB version.
