Internet issue

I have purchased a Lenovo K4 note last week. From then on the 2G internet is on which means I can access all the apps but unable to open a web page. When I try to open a webpage I get a message as "This site cant be reached", "Err_connection_timed out" so please check and suggest what can be done. Its the same issue in all the browsers.
