I just went online and tried to submit for the free leather back and battery promotion and I get a message that my IMEI number is invalid and I need to check the carrier and number. I double checked everything and both the number and carrier (ATT) is correct. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar issue when submitting for the promotion? I bought the phone full price at Best Buy (I don't know if the issue is related to buying it at Best Buy with no contract).
Does anyone have a contact number for LG that I could try?
