Invalid Selection

[Android Central Question]

Hi, my Samsung J3 2016 keeps saying "Oops that's an invalid selection, please try again or call 135 for assistance. Virgin Mobile" But I haven't pressed or entered anything, even when my phone is locked it says this. This has been happening for about 6 months now
