Well Apple disagreed with you until recently., They sued the crap out of Samsung for copying.

Android is not complaining about people copying them, or suing people for copying them. Apple does that. Thats why iOS8 is funny...Apple is doing the exact same thing they used to complain about people doing to them.

LOL, no they didn't. They did not stop complaining about it till iOS7 came out and the hypocrisy was too obvious to ignore.

The lawyers sure didn't seem to get the memo either.
