So for that amount of time 4 to 8 hours we are without a cell phone. Is it ever faster than that I was hoping you could be within 10 or 15 minutes. LOLI guess that happens with supporting from one company to another.I just don't want to get home and have to go

It only took a few minutes for my port from Boost Mobile to Cricket (i did it online) a year ago. If you do the port yourself online it's free (no $25 in-store activation fee) and problem free.
