Yup i own weather timeline. It is excellent. I also like the new version of weather underground. I flip between those two apps. The best iOS weather app I found was one that doesn't get alot of attention..... BeWeather 2 which is still updated there but seems abandoned in Android.

Scrolling performance can be quite dramatically improved through rooting and installing one of the well received custom kernels and disabling as much bloatware as you can. It's a damn shame the Note 5 performs so poorly in this department right out of the box, but that how it is. Inexcusable imo.
