Iphone conversion

Oddly, the only thing holding me back from making the change from the iphone is leaving the nurturing bosom of the apple store for warranty help. Both att and best buy pale in comparison. Is there another third party company who is a great value or do I misjudge bestbuy and att?

everytime I think about having to replace my htc one if anything happens, I cringe, because coming from apple where I can just walk in and have them give me a new one, its hard to think of it. I still haven't figuered out what to do worst case scenario.
