iPhone dont recognized in Bluetooth tag connected

good afternoon i have a tag heuer connected from 2017
since I updated the iphone 13 to ios 15 the phone never recognized the watch via bluetooth
can you help me with how to solve it, because I already reset the clock and the phone and nothing
