Iphone Icon on my Epic?! Volume Controls

is it me or is there actually an icon that resembles an iphone on the Samsung interface? When you adjust the volume to vibrate only, keep an eye on what the icon looks like. I swear it looks just like an iphone! Let's see if Apple decides to sue Samsung for copyright infringement.
