iPhone to Android checklist?

Anybody have a list of must do's with your iPhone before switching?

I dont want to change phones and carriers and then find out I should have down/uploaded/backed up something boefore the change.

Can Sprint/Verizon transfer your iPhone info to your Evo/incredible?

Where do your contact and email currently reside/what do you synchronize with? Do you plan on using Gmail?

Edit: Based on your other thread, I'm going to assume you use Gmail already and that's where you PIM information resides. If that's the case, there's nothing you need to backup, assuming all your music and media is on your computer.
