IR Blaster?

Not that it's a killer feature but it is a neat parlor trick that I enjoy on my Brother in law's S4- So far I'm not seeing any OFFICIAL confirmation on whether or not the Note 3 will have a universal remote IR Blaster in it.

Does anyone have official confirmation? I'm seeing a lot of speculation and tips from bloggers and other sites but that just won't suffice as I also notice they are laden with a lot of misinformation.

Ehhh I "think" it's on the top aside of the headphone jack.

Heres a description of what all the sensors are for. Its for the S4 in this case but the functions are the same. I had no idea what the Hall sensor did.
