can someone help me plz.I didn't the the quick remote app.when I download universal remote it does not work also

Welcome to Android Central! Can you clarify--are you saying the phone didn't come with its own remote app? It sounds like LG doesn't allow 3rd party IR apps to work: http://forums.androidcentral.com/verizon-lg-g2/317853-any-ir-remote-apps-work-g2.html

yeah,its a Verizon bought on ebay.i didn't get the quick remote app in it.

Go to Settings>Apps, and look to make sure the Quick Remote app wasn't Disabled for some reason.

Do you know if the phone was rooted? If the previous owner rooted it, perhaps they deleted apps they considered bloatware (like Quick Remote). Or perhaps they installed a custom ROM that isn't compatible with the IR blaster.

no theres no quick remote app in setting and I don't know if it was rooted it is supposed to be a new unused and unopen item.even play store is not installed,theres a lot of chineese language apps.when I want to download an app from playstore directly it says [ you don't have any devices] plz help me what should I do

You might not have a genuine Verizon G2. Possibilities include (1) your G2 is genuine but isn't from Verizon, but instead was intended for the Chinese market (and therefore didn't have Google Play Store preinstalled because the phone isn't certified for Google Play), (2) your G2 is genuine but someone rooted it and installed a Chinese ROM, or (3) you have a fake.

Go to Settings>About Phone​, and tell us what the Model Number is.

I'm not sure how you'll be able to update the phone to Lollipop, since I suspect you can't get any official system updates on that phone, considering that it doesn't seem to have the original Verizon stock ROM installed. If it's a fake G2, then there's really no way for you to know how to root the phone in order to install a custom Lollipop ROM, since custom ROMs have to be designed for that specific device.
