Is 16 gb good enough for nexus 5x?

Please define "actually plan on using it". Everyone has different usage patterns. I actually used my Nexus, it was my dd (daily driver) for 28 days.

Most people have their phones longer than 28 days. Over the course of several months, you will install apps, take pictures, add files. 10GB is nothing in the storage game now. Will 10GB be enough, it will if you use cloud storage and do not store much on your phone. However, if you're on a 2GB data plan, do you really want to upload to the cloud over cellular? Probably not. In that case, you will probably need more storage.

in my opinion, 16gb are'nt enough storage. If u will be happy, if u just have 4gb of storage for music then, why not b'cause u cant upgrade the storage in the nexus 5x. use this phone now for a month or two and the storage is alsmost full with whatsapp content, some apps, some pics & some music...

This is a good point. I really had the 5x to try out Android really. I usually keep my phones for about a year. I just decided that Android was not for me so I returned it. The things I uploaded to the cloud, only upload over WiFi but I understand where you are coming from.

16GB has been more than enough space for me. I've never had the need for music or videos on any of my phones. I have been using my 5X since December and still have 4GBs available.

I'm kicking myself for getting the 32gb model. I've got 100 apps loaded and am only using 8gb of storage. If was doing it again I'd get the 16gb.
