I'm surprised that they used a non-committal world like "could" which implies the opposite may also be true, so "may not" could be substituted in it's place and have almost the same meaning and outcome. They also don't specify how far into the future.

.. and yet he rated the phone 4.5 out of 5. Must not be that big of a deal.

It says "COULD" limit, not "WOULD" limit. They could go to 6GB next year and put an end to all the worry.
It is only a big deal to those who want it to be a big deal, just like the notch.

When my P3 XL gets here I am taking it out for some cold beer, hot pizza, and then I am going to enjoy the hell out of it.
My phone, my call.

I'll worry about the future when the time comes .. right now I'm ready for my Terminator

Who you gonna call? Stang???

Yes. For what these phones cost, they should be sporting at least 6gb of RAM

With all of the hidden design costs why should we add more RAM when the OS is designed to run efficiently on 4GB? That would just make increase the cost.

Idk.. Having "a couple of apps close" without knowing the conditions, makes me question whether it's RAM issue or not. I mean, does he have 25 apps open orrrr...? (Full disclosure, I don't have a high opinion of DB's perspective... so there's that.)

They also using demo units reviewers?

The answer to your question is: NO, it's not enough

You can always use more RAM

**MORE importantly, what's the remaining RAM after normal moderate usage of the phone??

Answer: If remaining RAM is less than 1GB, then you need more RAM :p

The sky is falling....if it isn't RAM, it's an update, if it isn't an update it's whatever you want it to be.
