In the US where did you buy the phone unlocked ?
I purchased it off the official OP website at launch. I forgot to mention that mine is the "almond" edition, although I don't see why that would matter.

Oh ok , then you have the global unlocked version which gets updated from one plus .I purchased it off the official OP website at launch. I forgot to mention that mine is the "almond" edition, although I don't see why that would matter.

You can try a VPN app to trigger the update
Oxygen Updater would give you more clues.

Only for carrier versions, in theory.I've heard of that before, but I thought I saw someone say that didn't work in the US? Or was that just for the carrier locked versions?
Also, take a screenshot of the settings - system - system updates screen.
Can try this one and connect to different countries and try update.I'll give that a try, do you have any suggestions on a specific VPN app I could use?
Yeah , that's why oxygen updater app doesn't work
Exactly , bought from T-Mobile it won't workIf you buy the One Plus in the US Directly from OnePlus, the Unlocked version, it works fine. Only if you buy through TMO does Updater not work
