Is anybody putting a case on their razr?

I am loving the qmadix case and holster. It keeps the phone thin. Even thinner than the vzw silicone cases

I tried the Qmadix holster and did not like how loose the phone was in the holster. It would fall out if I would turn it upside down so I sent it back and got a Seidio surface combo and love it great holster.

Yeah depending on my mood I have the clear plastic snap on case, slippery kinda but looks good.
The shell holster combo with the clip snapped off just in case I wanna carry it in my pocket.
Also the silicone case just in case.

I first tried out the OtterBOX Defender. It is extremely bulky. It is well constructed and seems to do the job sufficiently but I just can't get over how large it made the RAZR. It is almost laughable that the "thinnest" Droid out there takes on so much bulk with the Defender. I just purchased the OtterBOX Commuter and it is much sleeker. It provides a sufficient amount of protection without taking too much away from the RAZR form factor. I own the white RAZR and both the Defender and Commuter completely cover the white parts. if you don't need a belt clip, then the Commuter is the way to go in my opinion. Based on my personal experience with the Commuter thus far, I highly recommend it.

I bought an Otterbox Commuter. I don't like the bulk it adds to the phone. I am pretty easy on phones. I think I will only be using the case when I go skiing.

I just got the otter box defender. It's very well made. The external buttons work fine. It looks and feels like it could withstand the fires of hell.
But it doesn't feel like the razr any more. More like my dx with the 2500 mah battery. Still I had a little uneasiness with the razr being so thin and 'seeming' frail compared to my dx.
I think I'll stick with it.

I'm not sure of the brand name, but I bought the combo pack of accessories at Verizon. It came with the screen protectors, car charger, and case. The case could be used as a belt clip or not and it has a stand built in. I listen to music all day at work and the stand feature was nice. It's also very slim and let's the white show through nicely.:D

I have that case, too. I also had it for my LG Revolution (that thing feels like a brick compared to the Razr). For now, the phone is going commando. I'm pretty careful with it and have a special pocket for it in my purse. I have the Sync system in my car so don't really even touch my phone at all while driving--it stays in my purse. I do use the case on occasion when I want the belt clip, and I like the stand on the occasions when I want to read from the nook app. I love how the slick and light the phone feels so I don't have the heart to keep it in a case for long. No screen protector, either, because I think the screen looks so much better without it. I wipe it down every day with a lens cleaning cloth to keep the smudgies at bay. I'm really happy with this phone. Now, NOT so happy with Verizon and the data outages of late, but that's another story.

This is the first phone I actually don't mind having a case on. I usually hate them because of the bulk they add, but it actually feels pretty good on the razr. I still think it covers up the sleek look, but that's a trade off...bought a nice silicone covert on Ebay for like $8 vs $25 they want at the Verizon store

No, I use the car dock. So, I can't. I wouldn't anyway. I don't like the way cases feel. The only reason I could see for me to use one is to keep from having to clean the camera every time I want to use it.

I don't want to get a case because the phone looks so good I don't want to cover it up. What do y'all think?

Summed up in 3 words "PROTECTION, PROTECTION, PROTECTION"

I am on my 2nd case. Bought the one from VZW that comes with a holder and case. It does NOT add bulk or weight to the phone and gives me full protection from a drop.

Got the soft case from Verizon. Day later dropped it getting out of the car. No damage what so ever to the Razr.

Adds some bulk but fits in the pocket god still. I can fell it slightly now before i would forget i had it ion my pocket.

I just got the otterbox commuter. I love it. I don't think that it adds that much bulk to the phone. I do like the way that the volume buttons and power button are easier to push. Protection level seems to be great as well.

I have the Otterbox Defender and Commuter. BOTH are awesome. The Defender does add a bit more bulk than the Defender but by no means is it too bulky to carry in your pocket.

Overall though I am enjoying the Commuter better, nice slim fit plus it comes with a very good screen protector.

I like my Otter Box Commuter, except for the bottom edge where the silicone is allowed to move because it is not protected by the hard case. With this case it is still thinner than my previous phone, a BlackBerry Curve 8530, without a case. It fits perfectly into the official moto car dock and I'm working on modifications to the HD dock to make it work without taking the case off. I find the buttons are easier to push and it makes the phone easier to hold.

I had the Commuter and returned it. It was slippery to hold and did not have a good grip. Plus the port covers did not stay on good. I now have the Case Mate Tough case and like it much better.

Hey...let me know if your modifications are successful. I have a similar issue with the Speck Hard Case for the RAZR. It's supposed to be combatible with the dock, but its not. I don't want to have to take the case off to use the HD Dock. Thanks.

I scuffed the back of my razr when I dropped it in the car. No need for a case now. It takes away from the thinness anyhow.

Lmao mines already scuffed too, I figure that's why I'll get the case to cover up the scuffs.
