Is anyone having problems with the power button?

Ok so today i notice that the power button was starting to get more flushed in then it alrdy was so when I barely tapped it it showed me the message if I wanted to reboot or turn off nd quickly went to the other message sayin it was going to reboot in 10 second if I didn't press the volume down button. Does anyone else have this problem

I have the same problem with my htc one power button.. Just submitted my device to service center. I would recommend you to go there don't do anything by own.

Does it feel a bit sticky? Perhaps some kind of residue got stuck between the button and the housing.

Yes! It happens to me all the time. Ever since I have had this phone. Love it except for this. It never happens when I take it to the local service center at the Verizon store. They say that it must be the way I am pushing that is the problem. (And yes, I am pushing it real good! ) Very annoying, though.

No with that ir blaster it always feel like it's sticky but there isn't nothing stuck in it
