Is app specific question about capital one

I know this is quite specific but just in case anybody on here has the capital one app I'm not able to figure out how to change the individual notification sound for the app like a lot of the other apps they're apps if anybody knows a work around on this let me know

On mine, if I go to Settings>Apps and select Capital One and then Notifications, I see a Miscellaneous notification channel. If I tap the word "Miscellaneous" (and not the toggle switch) and make sure Silent is not selected, I can tap Sound and select a different tone. Does that happen on yours?

I don't have that in my Capital One Mobile app. DUnno about the OP.

Are there any notification channels listed in the notification settings for that app (in the system settings menu)?

Yeah mine was on silent and reason why i didn't see sound profile to choose
