Is Gmail your primary email account?

No, but I do find myself using it a bit more now that I'm sending pictures to family members and such with my phone. I have a yahoo account in addition to the one that comes with our home internet connection that I used to use occasionally, but I kept forgetting to check it. The store rep said I had to sign up for a gmail account when I bought my phone; and since it notifies me when I have a new message sitting in the inbox, I find myself actually checking my gmail account occasionally.

I've had my gmail account for quite a while but haven't really used it until I got my fascinate 7 months ago. I was using yahoo exclusively, but since gmail syncs up much nicer with android (and it's just better in terms of stability and I love the threaded emails), I've been using it ever since.

Nope.
Only have a GMail account so that I can use the Android App Marketplace.

Been using Hotmail as my primary personal email since college.

Can I send my Exchange account mail there?
I would try it as primary if that's possible.
Whether you are allowed to "forward" mail from your email server to another email server is up to the your server admin. Some systems/policies allow it and others don't. Check with your Exchange admin to see if you can forward your Exchange mail. This action is sometimes handled only by the Exchange admin upon your request. Just depends. Or, if webmail, ... just poke around to see if you can find that option.

Use gmail exclusively since I got the OG Droid. Have my yahoo account forwarded to it. Wish I could push my work email to it, but they complain about sensitive data, yada yada yada. Love gmail and access to it on my phone!!!!:p

I never had Gmail until I got this Droid phone. The ONLY reason I have Gmail is because I have this Droid phone.

Gmail is primary. Yahoo secondary. Even if Yahoo was primary I would switch owning an Android device since gmail is the only reliable mail source on the platform. Even though I have yahoo set to check for mail every 5 minutes it still takes hours. Gmail is instantaneous.

Gmail out does everything else simply by synching your contacts with your phone automatically!

Bought my own domain 8 years ago and have been using it as my primary e-mail address ever since. This way I can change internet providers and mail services without having to change my address. I just have it forwarded to whatever mail service I want to use at the moment and never give out my "actual" address. Currently, I'm using Gmail as my mail client and love it for the most part.

3 Gmail accounts... one for personal, one for website registrations or testing... and one for official correspondence.
