Is Handcent Down??

Can anyone else log into my.handcent.com? Also, can anyone else access Handcent Services on their phone? The problems just started for me today.

Also, when you go to the Handcent home page, there's an error message appearing.

Hey, This problem started for me today as well even if I try to log in using my laptop it says error request or EXCEPTION: other unknown error... What is going on here? if any one has any information please let me know. Thanks

Did your handcent problem get resolved? I'm having the same problem as of today...can't log in my privacy box and continuous message to sign in which I've done numerous times with no change....

Mine was down tuesday, up yesterday, down again today. Annoying.

If I'd heard anything from handcent (server issues, etc) I wouldn't be so worried. But with no official response at all (I emailed) I think i'm pulling the plug on handcent. One less paid user.

Same here... down the other day, back up yesterday and down today.. I emailed support as well on Tuesday and never received a response. Very poor customer service.

Pulling the plug on them due to terrible customer service and the issue still not being resolved. Downloading GoSMS today!
