Is it common for Samsung Galaxy S7 screens to crack?

Is it common for the s7 screens to cracking I've had mine for less than a week and already I have two cracks in the screen

Welcome to Android Central! That may, of course, depend on how you handle the phone on a daily basis. Is it in a case and always well-protected in a front pocket? Or do you often put it in your back pocket, or carry it loose in a bag with other hard objects?

Indeed. I have had every galaxy since S2 and have never damaged a screen. It's glass, handle with care.

Mostly tha back glass gets cracked. Mine is G9300FD got a crack with just a bump against the wall. The back glass is definitely not Gorilla Glass 4. And neither i have insurance nor it comes under warranty.
