Is it just me or does the Samsung keyboard work really well these days

I have been trying to find the perfect keyboard and with the edge Samsung stock keyboard seems to be working incredibly well for me, it's correction for my sloppy typing is working wonders.

I have tried Google keyboard on this phone and I love the layout but it's correction seems considerably less strong compared to the stock samsung.

I do not need tons of features, just looking for a simple accurate clean experience that works well.

I do not swipe as well, touch type kinda guy :)

Nah, the Samsung keyboard works just fine for me also.
Now, if I could just get the Samsung browser on my Verizon phone. :-\

I have always loved Samsung keyboards, but this one seems especially good

Looks quite snappy with a material theme as well.

I remember they keyboard on the note 3 as being pretty good. I always used it after I got it even though I have access to several others. I am not surprised this one is really good as well.

The only thing that chaps my bottom is the predictor on the swipe is BS. I sound like a raging alcoholic if I don't browse over it before I send it.

I usually install Swiftkey first thing, but this is a decent keyboard. I wish it could auto generate emojis based on typed words like Swiftkey, but other than that I like it. I'm trying an experiment with this phone and I'm going to leave as many stock apps as possible. At least the utility type apps like keyboards and messaging and what not

Does the Samsung keyboard have the feature swiftkey has to support multiple languages at the same time when typing? Or do you have to press a button to switch the language?

I'd keep the Samsung keyboard of there was a way to move or eliminate the settings button. It's in a bad spot IMO

Actually this is the only stock keyboard I'd even consider outside of the Blackberry touch keyboard on the Priv. It's extremely accurate now. Swift key was my go to before I got this phone.

I tried the Google keyboard for a couple days and switched back to stock. It works very well.

I thought this must be Swiftkey at first glance. My Note 5 Mashmallow Samsung stock keyboard works very well but it lacks the symbols directly integrated into the individual keys as shown in screenshot.

I use bluetooth keyboard a lot with my Note 5 and it forces me to use all of Google (Korean) Input Keyboard, Swiftkey, Samsung stock keyboard. Swiftkey doesn't support English/Korean switch key of my bluetooth keyboard at all but in other cases it's best for me. Google keyboard sucks normally but it supports English/Korean switch key of bluetooth keyboard. Samsung stock keyboard supports language switch key by ALT+Space but it lacks somewhat compared to Swiftkey.

If Samsung stock keyboard supports "press and hold" to input basic symbols I could abandon Swiftkey for good. That would leave at most just two options to switch back and forth. I hope I can get S7 Samsung stock keyboard APK!

I used to use Swiftkey or Ginger but I agree the Samsung Keyboard works great, I use swipe 98% of the time and it works flawlessly.
