is it just me or does video quality drop big time on evdo compared to wifi?

at work i watched a youtube video, quality was not that great.

watched at home on wifi, crystal clear screen.

am i missing something. is it just me. do i need to change settings?

just got the fascinate, so i might be missing something.

I'm going to assume that the phone reverts to "normal" quality over EVDO and "high quality" when using Wifi.

I have a newer build of You Tube courtesy of APKtor, so I can't test to confirm.
I'm sure that's what it is though.

Go into the menu while using You Tube to force high quality on EVDO
