Is it normal that the crown of my moto 360 (2nd gen) rotates/turns

I can rotate/turn the crown on the moto 360 (2nd gen) like an Apple Watch, but on the moto 360 there isn't a function for that. So this is why i'm asking of someone else can to the same or is yours crown solid (not turnable)

That is not normal, it should be solid.

That is not normal, it should be solid.

The crown (which is the button) *is* turnable (it will rotate). However, turning it serves no function, only pressing it.

Ya it does turn which is odd. Like stated it does not serve a function however.
