I've been a victim of Identify Theft for 2 years and have been through several different devices all of which have acted strangely enough for me to purchase new devices. I've experienced pages that ive searched dropping off and several different preset apps that aren't KitKat 4.4.4, but have a literal date after the app and most say arm afterward. I've been redirected and even have had answers to questions I've asked about my ZTE Paragon and various different devices that do not make any sence. Any ideas or answers are greatly appreciated.

There's all sorts of ways a phone can be compromised and manipulated.
.arm endings are nothing out of the ordinary. One of the best things for security upkeep is simply to have a phone with the latest security updates, like a Nexus or Pixel phone. And don't connect with public wifi without a VPN.
