Is it possible to disable notification vibration from all apps except calls and messages?

I was taking a nap yesterday and had my Galaxy S22 right next to me. Right before I fell asleep, it vibrated. Which app as it? It was weather! Weather for ****s sake! I disabled vibration on it but would like to do for all other apps except for calls and messages.

Look in your phone settings. Go to Settings > Sound & Vibration and toggle the settings to switch vibration off.
You can also go to Settings > Manage Notifications or Apps & Notifications to adjust vibration settings for individual apps.

I posted this, and I forgot to sign in. I want it so when DND is off, vibration is off for all apps including phone and messages, but when it's off, only those two apps vibrate.

Sorry, can you clarify -- do you mean when DND is on, you want vibration off for everything, but when it's off, only Phone and Messages vibrate?

It would probably be very tedious, but you can always go through all of your apps in Settings>Apps, select the Notifications menu, then each kind of notification, and toggle Vibration off.

Yes that's what I want, and I would like a way to do it for all apps simulatenously (except for phone and messages).

You would have to go in every app and adjust

Try DND and customize it , Bixby routines also otherwise individual apps adjust

I created this rule with the BuzzKill app: https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...ails?id=com.samruston.buzzkill&token=dwRv-c_9. I tested it using a notification tester (https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...RainStudios.NotificationTester&token=nxaY0iFq), making notifications when the rule was on and off. I also checked if calls and messages would vibrate with do no disturb off, and silence with DND off (which I want it to), and it does.
