is it possible to have more home screens?

Correct me if I'm wrong but the only one that officially says its compatible with the Droid is Panda Home correct?

No idea why it s set up that way. But 3 is better than the 1 I had on the Storm. With the S1 the most screens I got was 3 with Appleberry Pano. With certain home replacement apps you can have up to 7 screens.

Hi,

I have the Droid and using Panda Home. It is being updated regularly and it works pretty good and it keeps getting better. I am able to open up to 9 screens so far.

Kronko.

downloadd the Panda home, and the resolution just doesnt seem that good, anything im doing wrong?

When you say resolution are you referring to the icons? If so then hit the menu button, select theme settings, then default theme.

Panda home is very nice, its a large file but has gotten better. Wish it had an option to hide icons like dxTop.

I loaded Open Home and Panda Home. I toyed around with each for a while. I have been using PandaHome for the last three days and like it a lot. I have seven screens running. Navigation seems fluid with no lag. I like that the extra screens give me more room. It has eliminated the need for folders I had set up on the default home page with three screens. It also gives more room for running widgets that are 2x2, 3x3 or 1x4. Beyond the extra pages, there are a few extra bells and whistles that help with launching apps and dealing witht the notification drop down. Definitely an improvement over the default home screen that came with the Droid.

just got open home fiull, its pretty nice, although its definately a littly laggy compared to normal

I just got dxTop and I like it a lot. If I had more than 4 screens I don't think I would use any of them very often so right now 4 works fine for me.

I just want to add a couple of screens, I did DL panda home and it changed the background and icons like it was a theme also. I am happy with the stock theme just want 1 or 2 more screens. What would be the best option for that?

I downloaded PandaHome the other day just to try out something new and for a free option its really nice. You can actually disable that theme .... longpress the homescreen > panda assistant > Themes > Set the default theme ... and bam everything is back to normal .... the drawer is a little different looking but its how it looks on dxTop too and is fairly normal. It also seems a little faster than when I was using dxTop.

There is a "Shake to switch" on the Panda Home toggle widget. Give it a shake, and the icons switch back to the original.

Re downloaded it and messed around with the setting. Got everything back to stock and added 2 more screen. PERFECT!!!!!! I also love the face you can turn the landscape mode on for the home screens. Makes much more sens to go from typing to home and keep it landscape.

Thanks for the tips!!
