Question Is it possible to have rooted phone and locked bootloader?

With android phone it seems you can have either full control over your phone with root and unlocked bootloader, or security and limited control with locked bootloader and without root. It will be great if you can have have both, but i am not sure if it is possible.

No.

On the very, very rare exception some devs were able to inject root into a factory image which could be flashed with stock recovery but that's going years back. I'm sure holess like that have been secured.
