Which TWRP do I need for my phone from this list?

Also I'm a bit unsure of how to completely back up my phone. I have used the guides on getdroidtips.com but its a bit unclear. First it tells me to do a backup but I don't know if I've successfully completed a backup. And I want to be absolutely sure that I have because rooting the phone and unlocking the bootloader will wipe everything. What is the absolute best tool to use for this?
I want to backup everything, apps, data for each app, bookmarks for all the browsers, all my files, photos, etc. I don't want to leave anything out.
How to backup all app’s data and any saved WiFi networks, etc without having root access? Because I have read on a few sites that to be able to backup the app’s data root access is required. But how is that possible when rooting a phone wipes the data which would mean there is no data to backup.

I would say none of them. It's been a while since I have used a custom recovery, but you used to need to download and install the exact version for your phone.

Yes I know but my phone's model is not on the list. And I don't know why.

I want to install a custom ROM.

I'm afraid you might be out of luck. I would not suggest installing a custom recovery that is not designed for your phone.
