whenever I try to send a message from my tablet which it has no SIM card it says that there is no default SIM card selected. How do I select my default whenever I try to send a message from my tablet which it has no SIM card it says that there is no default SIM card selected. How do I select my default SIM card to be from a third-party a slight sideline WhatsApp or text now?

To send a message, most messaging apps require an ID of the user.
For the apps that require that ID to be a phone number, like WhatsApp and all SMS apps, you need a working SIM card.

Since your device does not have a SIM card, you need to use another third-party instant messaging app that that is not based on your phone number.
